Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026
Signal Through collects only the information needed to provide requested reports, respond to inquiries, operate this website, and send optional guidance when a visitor expressly chooses it. Marketing consent is optional.
Who we are
Signal Through is a consulting practice of 1450 Enterprises LLC. This policy applies to information collected through SignalThrough.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the Executive Operating System Snapshot or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, title, company, and email address.
- Your answers to the Snapshot and the resulting pillar profile.
- Submission time, referral and campaign information, hashed network and browser identifiers, and security logs.
- Any information you include in an email or other direct communication.
How we use information
- To save your Snapshot submission and deliver the report you requested.
- To respond to questions and discuss potential consulting work.
- To send practical guidance only when you separately opt in.
- To prevent abuse, maintain security, and understand how visitors reach the site.
- To meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.
Browser storage
The Snapshot may use session storage to preserve anonymous, in-progress answers during your current browser tab. It does not store your name, company, or email in browser storage. The progress record is removed after a successful submission and otherwise expires when the browser session ends.
Marketing choices
Requesting a Snapshot report does not require consent to marketing. If you separately opt in, the initial follow-up is a four-part Executive Operating System series sent over about 12 days, followed by occasional practical guidance. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. You may also withdraw consent by emailing strategy@signalthrough.com.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with providers that support website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, security, and professional services. They may use the information only to provide those services or meet legal obligations. A link to a third-party scheduling service is governed by that provider's privacy terms once you leave this website.
Retention and security
Snapshot submissions and inquiry records are retained for no more than 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or a security investigation. Expired records are removed through a scheduled retention process. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, we may retain a minimal one-way hash of the email address so the opt-out continues to be honored. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address. You may also ask what information we hold or withdraw a marketing preference. Send requests to strategy@signalthrough.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the practice or website changes. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions may be sent to strategy@signalthrough.com.
