These terms govern use of SignalThrough.com and the free Executive Operating System Snapshot. A consulting engagement begins only under a separate written agreement signed by 1450 Enterprises LLC and the client.

About the website

Signal Through is a consulting practice of 1450 Enterprises LLC. This website provides general business information, a self-profile tool, and a way to contact the practice.

The Snapshot is a self-profile

The Executive Operating System Snapshot reflects the answers provided by one respondent. It is not a peer benchmark, validated diagnostic, audit, valuation, or finding of a causal binding constraint. A low-rated pillar is a candidate for investigation. Reliable conclusions require operating evidence, relevant data, and perspectives appropriate to the decision.

No professional advice or client relationship

Website content and Snapshot results are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Using the website, submitting a form, or scheduling a call does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.

Permitted use

You may use the website and a report generated from your own authorized submission for internal business evaluation. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or bypass the website's security controls.
• Submit information you are not authorized to provide.
• Copy, resell, frame, or create a competing commercial product from the framework, questions, scoring logic, or report format.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features. Links to scheduling and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Signal Through does not control their availability, security, or terms.
